The Children of Time are moving against us. But everything is falling into place.
Children of Time was the name given by the Daleks to the group of people, consisting mostly of the Doctor's companions, that opposed their plan to destroy all of reality. (DW:Journey's End)

- This list uses the multiple covers of Doctor Who Magazine 398 to decide who belongs on the list. The Time Traveller's Almanac has a list as well. Other characters would also probably qualify.
- It has been announced that the five-episode story arc that will make up the third season of Torchwood will be titled Children of Earth. It remains to be seen whether this is a reference to Children of Time.
