Aubrey Fairchild (?-2009), was the British Prime Minister from 2008-2009, following the short tenure of "Harold Saxon". Unfortunately for him, en route to an unknown location, his private plane was presumably shot down by the New Dalek Empire and died. This can be presumed when Gwen Cooper mentioned they had lost contact with his plane.
