General Adrienne Kramer was the leader of a UNIT division in the United States in 1997. She once met the Seventh Doctor in Washington, D.C. when the city was about to disappear up a time rift. (PROSE: Vampire Science) The Doctor contacted UNIT through Kramer concerning what was going on in San Francisco in 2002. (PROSE: Unnatural History)
