During the early history of Gallifrey, Brilox was a Sontaran responsible for the incident who started a time war between the early Time Lords and the Black Sun. He was the ambassador of his species during the trade negotiations over the uranium of the planet Desrault. Eventually, he wiped the mind of the parahuman escort working for Gallifrey Millenium with a psy-snare and forced her to kill a representative of the Black Sun, through time acceleration, blaming Gallifrey for the murder.
