Gom was a Mentor who complained to the Psychic Paper Inc because his psychic paper would not "do Ood". He complained to Panoptia and First Technician, who sent the Tenth Doctor to his coordinates on Thoros Beta to resolve his complaint. The Doctor's TARDIS landed on Gom, killing him.
