Mordecan was a space gypsy who sold many Galyari weapons to the Perloran Government. He often changed his accent so that he could adapt to whatever job he was on. (AUDIO: The Bone of Contention)
He came back to trade with the Galyari, and brought the Sixth Doctor to the Clutch. (AUDIO: The Sandman)
