The 21st century President of London was, according to the Seventh Doctor, "in Perseus' pocket". He sponsored a contest to build a working android, and it was widely acknowledged the Perseus' entry would win. However, when a girl brought in a clearly superior android, the President was forced to award the prize to her, clearly angering the Perseus representative. (PROSE: Anteus)
