Howard Burden replaced Barbara Kidd to become the series 7 costume designer on Doctor Who. He was also a longtime costume designer on Red Dwarf.

Burden is perhaps best known for helping to design iconic costumes for the Eighth Doctor, War Doctor, and Twelfth Doctor.
