After the TARDIS landed in Arizona, the Third Doctor and Sarah Jane were soon almost run over by a wagon train bound for Paris, New Mexico. They barely had time to jump onto one of the wagons before the settlers were beset by Apaches. Making their way back to the TARDIS, whose doors had been left open, they discovered that the Apache's chief, War Eagle, had gotten inside. Realising that the Apache attack would be calmed by the disappearance of War Eagle, they took off for Paris, France with War Eagle still inside. (COMIC: Perils of Paris)
