The Second Doctor had an Inferno Earth counterpart also known as the Second Doctor. He was a Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey, however due to the non-intervention policy he found himself captured by them. Unlike his N-space counterpart he picked one of the faces that the Time Lords had selected for him to choose from and was exiled to Earth in the late 20th century where he became President of the Republic of Britain.
