The Prydonian Chapter (also known as the Prydon Chapter) was known to produce devious Time Lords, and more than a few renegades, amongst them the Doctor and the Master.
History
The Prydonian Chapter was named after the Hero known as Prydonius. (NA: Cat's Cradle: Time's Crucible)

The House of Blyledge had senior members as part of this chapter. (NA: Cat's Cradle: Time's Crucible, MA: Cold Fusion) The Doctor and his Cousins belonged to the House of Lungbarrow (NA: Lungbarrow)
Characteristics
Each Chapter had their own colours. The Prydonians had scarlet and orange ceremonial robes. (DW: The Deadly Assasin) The Prydonians had an abstract symbol known as the Prydonian Seal. (DW: The Five Doctors) Prydonians were noted for their cunning and that one could not take their eyes off them for a second. (BFA: Circular Time)
