Randolph Bellingham was the youngest son of an earl, and a member of the Brotherhood of the New Dawn.

Jared Khan used Bellingham for his money and influence. When the Great Divide was stabilised, Ch'tizz and other Charrl came through it to 1909 London. A fight broke out between them and the police, with Bellingham being one of those killed in the crossfire. (PROSE: Birthright)
