Separation Day was a service provided by Separation Day Incorporated. The corporation provided a setting for two people who had to separate. They reconstructed the setting of the clients' first meeting, under the premise that separation could only be complete if the relationship was finished exactly the same way it started.
Emily Rutherford and Tom Charrington's Separation Day took place in a recreation of the library in which they first met. However, their separation had grave consequences for the universe, and the Third Doctor convinced them to stay together. (PROSE: Separation Day)
