Existing for at least five hundred years, it contained the [[Federation Homeworld]] and [[Manussa]], located in the [[Scrampus System]]. It may have been that "Scrampus" was synonymous with "Federation System."

| A Federator discovered Manussa in its [[Manussan year|year]] [[2626]] during the [[Sumaran Empire]], removing the [[Great Crystal]] and [[banishment|banishing]] the [[Mara]] to the [[Dark Places of the Inside]]. Five hundred years later Manussa was the third planet in the Federation System and was a [[colony]] world, its economy based on subsistence agriculture and [[tourism]].
