Willand Hayer was the computer engineer for the Braxiatel Collection. Bernice Summerfield wanted his help taking down her thesis from the Braxiatel servers, as people were critiquing her grammar and making fun of it, and also to remove the indecent photoshopped photos of her that were appearing.
