Thomas C. Kent was a journalist.
Sometime in the period from 1932 to 1940 a lot of children went missing in the United States. They were kidnapped by Odd Bob, the clown. Thomas C. Kent wrote an article about this. He wrote that the police was looking for Odd Bob. (TV: The Day of the Clown)
