Elizabeth Knorr was a human mother.

From 1932 to 1940 a lot of children went missing in the United States. They were kidnapped by Odd Bob, the clown. Elizabeth's daughter Barbara went missing as well. Elizabeth made a plea that everyone who knew information about Barbara's whereabouts should get in contact with her. She also warned other parents that this could happen to them too.
