The dilophosaurus was a type of theropod dinosaur. They were sleek dinosaurs, identifiable by their double crests on their head. They had excellent vision and hearing, as well as a powerful sense of smell.
The dilophosurus was one of the species that the Silurians brought back from extinction after they took over in a parallel world. Dilophosaurus were used by the Silurians as steeds, who rode them in their hunts. (PROSE: Blood Heat)
