Toby Jones (born 7 September 1966) played the Dream Lord in the Doctor Who story Amy's Choice. He also played Kotris in the Big Finish Productions audio dramas The Great War, Fugitives, Tangled Web and X and the Daleks.
He voiced Dobby the house elf in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1. In 2011, he portrayed Gerard Hamilton in the TV movie Christopher and His Kind, starring Matt Smith. More recently, Jones played the villain Arnim Zola in Captain America: The First Avenger, Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Agent Carter, the first of which also featured Jenna-Louise Coleman in a minor role.
