Bad WolfTV was a television station on Satellite Five in the year 200,000. A program concerning the Face of Boe was broadcast on it. (TV: The Long Game)
The station was later developed into the Bad Wolf Corporation in the year 200,100. (TV: Bad Wolf)
Bad WolfTV was in fact controlled by the Jagrafess on behalf of the Daleks, but the name came from the superhuman being known as Bad Wolf (created when Rose Tyler absorbed the power of the Time Vortex), who spread the Bad Wolf meme across space and time. (TV: The Parting of the Ways)
