The Sontaran Breeding Planet is the planet where the Sontarans bred their clone armies. In 2009, the Sontarans invaded Earth because their planet had gone missing, stolen by Davros. (DW: The Stolen Earth)

Presumably this was not the same planet as Sontar, the Sontaran homeworld.
