- For other individuals named Skinner, see Skinner (disambiguation).
Colin Skinner was one member of LINDA, a group which met in order to discuss and share their interest in the Doctor. Somewhat of an intellectual, "Mr Skinner" wrote at least one novel and speculated as to the Doctor's symbolic importance. He was absorbed by the Abzorbaloff. When the Abzorbaloff was defeated by Elton Pope, he died completely. (DW: Love & Monsters)
When Davros remarked "Every where you go someone always dies" Colin was one of the many in the recollection of events. (DW: Journey's End)
