The Vomit-O-Matic is a device containing Nanotermites. They cover the lining of the throat and in the event of vomiting the waste is frozen into a small solid. They were installed free as part of the info-spiking process. Adam Mitchell had one installed when he recieved an info-spike on Satellite Five. (DW: The Long Game)
