The Stolen Planets were twenty-six planets and one moon that were taken out of time and space and relocated to the Medusa Cascade by Davros and his new Dalek army for the reality bomb. All twenty seven planets were returned home by the Doctor, Meta-Crisis Tenth Doctor and Donna Noble. (DW: The Stolen Earth/Journey's End)

- Callufrax Minor
- Clom
- Earth
- Jahoo
- Lost Moon of Poosh
- Pyrovillia
- Shallacatop
- Woman Wept
- Sontaran Breeding Planet
- Strepto, and some of the Nestene Consciousness' protein planets may also have been stolen
