I don't think the comic implies that he hasn't been to the house since his third incarnation; he just says he's looking for a book, and he believes his third incarnation left it there. That doesn't mean none of his other incarnations used the house in the meantime. I think that this house is [[Smithwood Manor]], which the the Third Doctor built and the Seventh Doctor used extensively. In this comic, the Eighth Doctor says that he hasn't been there in several decades, which, if this story takes place in 2015, could refer to the fact that he was last there at the beginning of his eighth incarnation in 1997 in Lance Parkin's novel. I don't think the comic implies that he hasn't been to the house since his third incarnation; he just says he's looking for a book, and he believes his third incarnation left it there. That doesn't mean none of his other incarnations used the house in the meantime. I think that this house is Smithwood Manor, which the the Third Doctor built and the Seventh Doctor used extensively. In this comic, the Eighth Doctor says that he hasn't been there in a few decades, which, if this story takes place in 2015, could refer to the fact that he was last there at the beginning of his eighth incarnation in 1997 in Lance Parkin's novel. The Dying Days. That seems like it would fit, if we assume New Adventures continuity applies, depending on your definition of "a few," or if that's supposed to be literal, a very rough estimate, from the Doctor's point of view or Josie's. --Rowan Earthwood 18:59, November 6, 2015 (UTC)
