Rufus Hound is a British comedian who was interviewed on Doctor Who Live: The Next Doctor. He later appeared as Sam Swift in the Doctor Who television story The Woman Who Lived. He is also appearing in series 2 of the Early Adventures as Constable Pavo in The Black Hole.

He is also a self confessed fan of Doctor Who, and claims to have a Dalek tattoo. [1]
