Tom Stourton (born in London, May 16th, 1987) is a British comedian, actor, voice actor and singer. He played the Viking known as Lofty in the Doctor Who television story The Girl Who Died. He is best known for voicing Duncan and Rex in the television series Thomas & Friends.
