A Time Bullet was a weapon of Time Lord origin. The user has full control of the movement of the projectile. Its speed can also be manipulated and the bullet can be "un-shot" or return to the gun, leaving no marks or scars on the victim.

The Headhunter used the weapon to Lucie Miller to force the Eighth Doctor to turn off the Stellar manipulator. After the Doctor maximized the intensity of the device, causing the destruction of Orbis, Lucie fired a Time bullet on the Doctor to bring him to the TARDIS. (AUDIO: Orbis)
