Nordlands Trompet

"Nordlands Trompet" was a poem by Petter Dass that the Sixth Doctor quoted upon entering South Norway. It went:

It seems that, far out on the edge of the Earth,
Old nature has found its good way to give birth,
To rare and splendid abundance.
