Tommo was a homeless man who lived in the wastelands of London in the 21st century. He was friends with a younger homeless man called Ginger. On Christmas Day, he and Ginger bought burgers at Steven's Point. Another homeless man bought a burger. He and Ginger both remarked that he looked like Harold Saxon. They were then both eaten by the hooded man, who in reality was the Master scavenging for food. (TV: The End of Time)
