According to the indicia, the correct name is Tales from the Tardis: Doctor Who Comic. The cover clearly states Tales from the Tardis: Doctor Who.

Tales from the Tardis was a magazine published by Titan Comics. It was launched in 2015 initially as a companion title to their Doctor Who Comic series, reprinting material from their mini-series, Doctor Who: The Tenth Doctor and other sources.
Beginning with issue 4, the series officially succeeded Doctor Who Comic as the UK release source for Doctor Who: The Twelfth Doctor and Doctor Who: The Eleventh Doctor.
