Ernst Bratfisch was a cabdriver who followed the Eighth Doctor and Mary Shelley round Vienna on 11 September 1873, so he could get their custom. He told them of the attacks on Viennese people. He later helped the Doctor investigate them, and went with him when Mary was taken by Johan Drossel's puppets. (AUDIO: The Silver Turk)
