Didn't the Doctor extent the time corridor Sutekh used 11,000 years into the the far future? Before trapping Sutekh in the corridor, the Doctor told him, "You're now a thousand years beyond the 20th century. Go on for another 10,000." Doesn't that imply the corridor was extended 11,000 years into the far future and that Sutekh died when he emerged or possibly earlier?
