A sonic corkscrew was a sonic device that Iris Wildthyme owned. She used it on a replica of Panda. (AUDIO: The Claws of Santa) Panda didn't believe it was capable of doing more than opening bottles. (AUDIO: The Iris Wildthyme Appreciation Society) It had similar capabilities as the Doctor's Sonic screwdriver, as she could use it to fix electronics.
