Antonio Salieri was a late 18th century/early 19th century composer.

Salieri made a deal with Mortimus to go back in time to kill Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The Seventh Doctor and a tramp stopped Salieri, and the Doctor took him back to his own time.
