Enros the Undying One was a native of Detrios.
Enros used his wealth to extend his lifespan through organ transplants and cybernetics. When the Miracle appeared, he claimed he was responsible and created a cult. Kat'lanna and some fellow rebels were going to kill him when he was unguarded. However, she realised that since many Detrians now believed he was responsible for the Miracle, killing him would make it disappear.
The fictional energy that create the Miracle, though, could cause a great deal of damage throughout the galaxy, so the Seventh Doctor, Ace and Jason sealed off its source. The Miracle dissipated and the rebels killed Enros, with hardly any of his followers noticing. (PROSE: Head Games)
