Marshal Summerfield III was the son of Marshal Summerfield II.

He was born in the mid 23rd century. Before his death, Marshal II gave Marshal III his position as director of Caprisi Military Academy.

During his time as director, Marshal III began building up a clique known as the Wayfinder Order in Caprisi Academy. The order would later be famous for its "right-wing views and kinky rituals".

In the late 23rd century, Marshal III had a son whom he named Marshal Summerfield IV. He passed on the position as director of Caprisi Military Academy to Marshal IV.
