George Wilson was the first husband of Doris Lethbridge-Stewart and the uncle of Sarah Jane Smith.

In the early 1970s, George married Doris Bryden. Around this time Doris had a child, Albert Wilson, but this child was not his but Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart's. (PROSE: The Enfolded Time) A few years after the marriage, George was killed in Northern Ireland. (PROSE: The Scales of Injustice, The Enfolded Time)

Albert never discovered that he wasn't George's son until the late 1980s. (PROSE: The Enfolded Time)
