Just an observation but the impression I got is that no DWM strips take place during serie 9 as the doctor is still using the sonic scrudriver wich was abandoned at the beginning of the series and when the sonic changers Clara diserpieara from the strip mening the DWM strip skips series 9 as a storey placement intierley 2.26.207.241^{talk to me} 22:03, October 5, 2016 (UTC)

The only problem with that assumption is that Titan Comics have shown that the Doctor did use his green sonic screwdriver after the events of The Witch's Familiar. At the very least, Witch Hunt takes place in series 9. In Witch Hunt, Clara's native time is October, while Clara Oswald and the School of Death is set in September and is set after The Zygon Inversion. CoT ? 23:15, October 10, 2016 (UTC)

The TV series sure suggests they do. Is there any reason to not be sure they do? It's far from impossible that the Doctor had the TARDIS make another screwdriver. According to Big Bang Generation, the TARDIS regularity makes the Doctor new screwdrivers. CoT ? 13:03, October 11, 2016 (UTC)

They meet so irregularly that I'd be more surprised if they didn't get it out of order now and then. Even on TV he can't get her a coffee in a timely manner. the problem with the using the data is that there are two meeney inconsistencies like the fact that in series 8 was said to take place in 2016 but titan uses the viewers present or the fact that Kate's 1st encounter with the doctor in the power of 3 was set in 2017 yet day of the doctor was set in 20132.26.207.241^{talk to me} 20:19, October 11, 2016 (UTC)
