The Silver Devastation is found in the Isop Galaxy. According to The Game of Death The Silver Devastation is an rea of space where two galaxies collided. It's a sector of space containing dead stars and dark matter that looks a silvery sea from a distance which led to it's name.
Professor Yana was found in the Silver Devastation, a naked orphan in the storm with nothing except for a strange fob watch. (DW: Utopia)
