The Chandler was a supply ship. The Fourth Doctor landed his TARDIS aboard it while pursuing the Aeolus. It docked with Space Dock Nerva. The Doctor, Leela, Alison Foster and Giles Moreau used it to escape from the space station when a virus infected the crew. However, Moreau had already been contaminated. The other three donned spacesuits and left the craft. The Doctor had Foster develop an anti-virus so that he could return to the Chandler and cure Moreau, giving him access to his TARDIS.
