An android of the Fifth Doctor, along with an android of Peri Brown, was built by Sharaz Jek on Androzani Minor. This allowed Jek to capture the Doctor and Peri and put the androids in their place.
The two androids were later shot and destroyed by a military firing squad, who believed they were the real Doctor and Peri. (TV: The Caves of Androzani)
