Joseph Green was a politician and chairman of a Parliamentary Environmental Committee. He was slain by Jocrassa Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen. His skin was then used by the Slitheen as a suit in which to become the British Prime Minister of Great Britain and cause World War Three.
