Homunculette was a Time Lord from a point in Gallifrey's future in which it was involved in The War with The Enemy. He was charged with finding The Relic and spent much time searching through Earth's history, before finally attending an auction hosted by Mr Qixotl. (EDA: Alien Bodies)
His TARDIS Marie was injured at the auction, at the same auction he also expressed his disgust with the Faction Paradox.
