Justine (or Cousin Justine) was a member of the cult known as Faction Paradox.
Justine was present during the Faction's activities on Dronid, fifty years after the first battle in the Second War in Heaven, and helped perform the ritual that sent the Relic into the Time Vortex. Together with Little Brother Manjuele, the Faction dispatched her to Mr Qixotl auction to buy back the Relic, but she failed in her mission when the Eighth Doctor arrived and removed it.
