Ida Scott was part of the crew on Krop Tor researching the black hole known as K37 Gem 5.

History

She was part of the Walker Expedition researching the previous civilization which enabled the planet to orbit a blackhole, she also accompanied the Doctor down into the pit within the planet. (DW: The Impossible Planet)

She was rendered unconscious because her oxygen supply was running low. She was however rescued by the Doctor and reunited with her crew. (DW: The Satan Pit)

Ida Scott is very self-confident as she as the ability to commands a ship. She also seems tough as she can go through extreme near-death situations and still take as much control as possible.

She also is faithful to her crew and takes it hard to face that one of the members of her crew had attacked other members. She also becomes faithful and loyal to the Doctor and Rose as she starts to take orders from them. (DW:The Impossible Planet/The Satan Pit)
