Cyber-Technology was a blanket term given to inventions of the Cybermen. Whilst being highly advanced, Cybermen could not always rely on Cyber-Technology and, when beneficial, commandeered alien technology such as Cryon refrigeration technology (DW: Attack of the Cybermen) and gravity-manipulating technology created by Humans (DW: The Moonbase). The Cyber-Leader stated, while watching the non-Human Doctor use Cyber-Technology, that Humans lacked the ability to understand it. (DW: Earthshock)
