Lucia Moretti (18 June 1945-November 23 2006) was an Italian Torchwood agent and the lover of fellow agent Captain Jack Harkness. Lucia and Jack had a daughter, Alice. She retired in 1977. and put Alice Carter in a protection programme (application approved on 14 February, 1977). She died of heart diseae. (TW: Children of Earth: Day Three)

-Lucia Moretti was born on 18 June, 1945. Lucia joined Torchwood in 1968. While working there, she falls in love with Captain Jack and they have Alice together. Her deep cover, or "place holder," name was Mary Sangster. She retires in 1977. She helped put Alice Carter in a protection programme as a civillian (application approved on 14 February, 1977).
