Rosto was a Trell Police Marshall. He was sent to investigate Lucie Miller as a captured stowaway. He told Lucie about Cristophe Zarodnix. He was later augmented by the rebel Trell. (AUDIO: Sisters of the Flame / The Vengeance of Morbius)
