Peter Tracey (born 1961) was a resident of Moreton Harwood and the son of George Tracey. He received a suspended sentence for breaking and entering in June 1981, and was placed in his father's custody.

He was a reluctant member of the Hecate Cult. On 18 December 1981, he tried to warn Brendan Richards to get away but still participated in his kidnapping two days later.
